I really enjoyed training with Jordon. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and taught me a ton of new effective warm up and exercises to help with my shoulder injury. Before training with him, I had pain in my left shoulder that sometimes was so bad I couldn't even reach behind me to grab my seatbelt in the car... after a few sessions with him, the pain was completely gone. After incorporating a bunch of new exercises he's taught me into my regular routine, my shoulder hasn't bothered me since!
